1) How to prevent howling(squealing)?
Make sure you have inserted the hearing aids into your ear canal tightly.
Using a larger size earplugs to prevent the howling.
Turn down the volume before inserting the amplifier into your ear canals.         
2) What should I do if the hearing aids cannot be charged normally?
Clean the charging pin or check whether your hearing aids is correctly putted into the charging case. Do not hesitate to contact us if you experience a charging issue with your hearing aids.
3) Other tips.
Do not use while showering or swimming, it is not waterproof. 
This hearing device cannot be connected with your smart phone or other electronic devices. Keep it away from kids and pets.
